Lawmakers Who Upheld NSA Phone Spying Received Double the Defense Industry Cash

Beware the surveillance-military-industrial complex.

 

House members who voted to continue the NSA’s domestic phone-spying dragnet on Wednesday received more than double the campaign financing from the defense and intelligence industry than those voting to end the program, according to a new analysis commissioned by WIRED.
