I’m craving a country-fried steak sandwich

For those of you who don’t know: You take a side of beef, grind it into a patty, bread it, and deep-fry it until golden brown. Then you serve it between Texas toast, lettuce, tomato, (mayonnaise if you’re so inclined), and copious amounts of white pepper gravy. Garnish with sweet potato fries on the side, and you’ve got some good eatin’!
